PSYCHEDELIC-ASSISTED THERAPY IN AGOURA HILLS & ACROSS CA
Access to deeper insight. Support to bring it home with you.
You don’t just want to “cope” anymore. You want to understand what your experiences are asking of you.
You might feel drawn to this kind of inner work because you can sense that there’s more beneath the surface of the struggles you’ve been living with—and because none of the things that were “supposed” to help you feel better have worked. Maybe you’ve done weekly talk therapy and still feel like you’re pretty much at square one. Or maybe you’ve already had psychedelic experiences that gave you a glimpse of something more connected, meaningful, or alive, and you don’t want to lose access to that.
If you want to explore change at a level that feels more expansive, intentional, and rooted in who you are—this work is for you.
PSYCHEDELIC-ASSISTED THERAPY CAN HELP WITH…
Treatment-resistant depression
Chronic anxiety that hasn’t eased with traditional approaches
Trauma, complex trauma, and PTSD—from childhood or a single traumatic incident
Addiction and compulsive patterns
Wanting to get in touch with your ancestors and your sense of purpose
Feeling more deeply connected to yourself, your inner world, and the world around you
We offer both Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy and therapy to help you unpack psychedelic experiences you’ve had on your own.
Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) is a structured, in-office treatment that combines ketamine—a dissociative medicine that has been used safely for 50+ years, and is prescribed and overseen by a medical provider—with therapy to help you access perspectives and emotional states that can be hard to reach otherwise.
Psychedelic integration therapy is for people who have already had psychedelic experiences elsewhere and want a grounded, non-judgmental space to make sense of what came up and how to integrate it into their lives going forward.
These approaches are not magic fixes, but can be a powerful catalyst for change when held with intention, reverence, and integration. Both can be beneficial, and we certainly won’t clutch our pearls if you’re an avid psychonaut, but KAP is recommended if you’d prefer a more contained, guided psychedelic experience. If you’re interested in exploring which (if any) of these options is right for you, we’d be happy to discuss with you in a free consultation.
HOW KETAMINE-ASSISTED PSYCHOTHERAPY WORKS
HELPING YOU SEE YOURSELF THROUGH A WIDER LENS & CARRY WHAT YOU FIND INTO EVERYDAY LIFE.
-
Before anything else, we spend time getting clear on what’s bringing you here and whether Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy makes sense for you. This includes an intake session with one of our therapists, followed by a medical screening with a prescribing provider to make sure ketamine is a safe option for your body and mind. KAP is most effective when it’s chosen intentionally and with a clear sense of what you’re hoping to explore or shift, and this intake process helps us discern that.
-
Once you’re cleared, we meet for preparation sessions to talk through what to expect and what you want to focus on. We’ll discuss your intentions, answer questions, and make sure you feel oriented and supported going into the ketamine session.
-
Ketamine sessions take place in person at our Agoura Hills office and typically last about three hours. During the session, you’ll take the prescribed ketamine (in lozenge form) and spend most of the time lying down with eyes covered, listening to a playlist of supportive music. Your therapist will stay present and attentive throughout, checking in and documenting what comes up as you explore this altered state of consciousness.
The actual internal experience varies person to person, but you’ll be supported the entire time, with space to rest, reflect, and check in as needed.
-
A few days to a week after the ketamine session, we meet again to talk through what you experienced and what stood out. This is where meaning gets clarified and connections start to form between your in-session experience and your real life.
We’ll talk about what parts of the work you feel are important to carry forward with you, what was challenging or surprising, and how this deeper insight fits into the bigger picture of what you’re navigating. The intention is to help what emerged from within actually influence how you live, relate, and move through the world.
Reconnect to the part of you that knows.
Through Psychedelic-Assisted Therapy, you can…
Access perspectives and insights that are hard to reach in everyday states, allowing you to see your struggles, patterns, and defenses with more clarity and less self-blame.
Experience relief from symptoms that have felt stuck or unmovable, like anxiety, depression, trauma responses, or endless rumination.
Reconnect with parts of yourself that have felt buried, silenced, or lost, and begin to relate to yourself with more compassion and curiosity.
Feel more connected—to your body, your emotions, other people, and life itself, often with a renewed sense of openness, presence, and aliveness.
Gain clarity around who you are, what matters to you, and where you’re headed.
Carry what you discover back into your real life, turning moments of insight into changes that feel grounded, intentional, and sustainable over time.
you’re not alone.
GIVE YOURSELF THE CHANCE TO EXPERIENCE SOMETHING DEEPER.

FAQs
-
We offer Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) as well as psychedelic integration therapy. KAP involves working with ketamine in a structured therapeutic setting, while integration therapy supports people in making sense of psychedelic experiences they’ve had elsewhere. Both focus on meaning, insight, and carrying those learnings into everyday life.
-
KAP can be helpful for people with depression, anxiety, trauma, or addiction who haven’t found relief through traditional treatments. Clients are typically open-minded, curious, and looking for a different way to access change. It’s also often used to gain new perspectives or a sense of purpose or meaning.
-
Ketamine has been used safely in medical settings for decades and is legal in California when administered by a licensed medical provider. We only work with clients who have been medically cleared and follow all best-practice protocols to keep our clients safe.
-
The process includes an intake session, preparation sessions, a medicine session in person at the Agoura Hills office, and integration sessions afterward. Preparation and integration sessions can be done virtually, if desired. During the medicine session, your therapist is present the entire time to provide support and guidance. Integration sessions help translate the experience into meaningful change.
-
Integration therapy helps clients process and make sense of psychedelic experiences they’ve had on their own or in other settings. This work focuses on understanding insights, emotions, and shifts that came up and figuring out how to apply them to everyday life.
-
People with a history of psychosis or specific medical contraindications are not good candidates for KAP. Active addiction or prior ketamine misuse may also make this work inappropriate. These considerations are reviewed carefully during both therapy and medical intake.
